About Sergio & Sofia Garcia

We are very passionate and enthusiastic real estate Agents in Maryland. Since 2004, we have successfully helped hundreds of families achieve their real estate goals by selling their homes for top dollars, finding and purchasing their dream homes, and assisting investors in maximizing their returns.

We have known each other since childhood, have been happily married since 2012, and are blessed with our son, Samuel, who was born in 2016.

We each bring unique strengths and abilities to our partnership, which, when combined, create a powerful resource that many have benefited from. 

Sofia is an interior designer, having graduated from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in Florida. Her expertise adds significant value when preparing homes for sale. Her staging tips and ideas have consistently helped sellers achieve top dollar for their properties by making them highly attractive to potential buyers.

Sergio holds a degree in computer science which allows him to be methodical, organized, and skilled on using technology to promote our clients’ homes, search for the best opportunities for buyers, and maintain constant communication with our clients before, during, and after each transaction.

Both, Sofia and Sergio were born and raised in Colombia, and with many years of living in the U.S., are fully fluent in both English and Spanish. This enables us to represent our clients’ interests more effectively, accommodating the areas’ rich diversity.
